My Approach to Healing
My approach is rooted in lived experience — shaped by my own healing journey, guided by a spiritual mentor, and grounded in two and a half years of formal training in energy healing. It’s also deeply influenced by three years spent living in conscious community in Nicaragua, immersed in plant medicine ceremony and indigenous ways of being.
What I’ve come to know is this:
You are the healer. You are the coach. You are the guru.
My role is simply to walk beside you — to help you remember.
Through spoken and unspoken language, I engage with all layers of your being:
Your physical body, your energy body, your emotional and mental fields, your spirit.
In each session, I weave together spiritual mentorship, shamanic energy healing, music, song, sacred instruments, and the support of plant allies.

I can highly recommend an Energy Healing with Cyrus Henry. The session seemed to harmonise and reset my nervous system into its natural state, I felt relaxed and balanced like I was glowing brighter because of it!
Energies that had been stuck were moving again, and running freely through my body. So in that way, it was revitalizing and I felt stronger and more connected.
