What’s the difference between the fixed programs and the flexible sessions?

The fixed programs (The Journey Within & The Five Pathways) are structured 8-week journeys with a clear intention, progressive sessions, and specific techniques or frameworks.
 The flexible sessions are tailored individually — ideal if you’re exploring, need support with a current challenge, or prefer a more intuitive, go-with-the-flow approach.

Do I need to commit to a full program?

No — you can book single sessions or a session package if that’s more aligned for you.
 The programs are there if you’re ready to commit to a deeper container and walk through a guided process.

What’s the difference between coaching and healing sessions?

Accepted Answer

Coaching sessions are more conversation-based, goal-oriented, and rooted in transformation tools, clarity, and planning.
Healing sessions work more energetically and somatically — with techniques like energy clearing, shamanic journeying, and ritual.
Both styles are spiritual, intuitive, and highly personal — and sometimes they naturally overlap.

Do I need experience with energy work or spirituality?

Absolutely not. Whether you're brand new or deeply experienced — I meet you where you’re at. No fluff, no judgment — just real, grounded support.

Are sessions online or in person?

Accepted Answer

Coaching sessions are offered online via Zoom, making them accessible no matter where you’re based. Shamanic Healing is in person. If you're in Sydney or New Zealand and want to explore in-person work, reach out to check availability.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For all programs, you can pay in installments. Sliding scale and alternative energy exchange (services/products) are also available for those fully ready to commit but needing support.

Can I mix coaching and healing together?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you're on a flexible session pathway, we can blend both. But the pricing may differ than what is shown on my website. If you're doing a fixed 8-week program, the style will be more focused (either coaching or healing), but elements often cross over in service of your growth.

What are your qualifications?

I’m trained in energy healing (Diploma in Energy Healing), Results Coaching (Authentic Education), and spiritual mentorship. I’ve also lived and facilitated internationally in conscious communities, and integrate shamanic practices with cultural integrity and deep respect. Is this trauma-informed or therapy?

This is not therapy, but it is trauma-informed. I work with emotional sensitivity, nervous system awareness, and spiritual integration — always at your pace, and always with your consent.

Do I get support between sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for program clients, I offer light-touch integration support between sessions (e.g., check-ins, integration tasks). For flexible session clients, this can be arranged as needed.

You’re welcome to book a one-off session or Clarity Call to get a feel for the work and decide what feels right

Do your sessions or programs involve plant medicine?

Accepted Answer

Some healing programs may include optional ceremonial elements such as cacao, rapéh, or mapacho — gentle and legal plant allies traditionally used to ground, clear, and open the energy body. These are always offered with intention and care, and participation is optional.

What if I’m feeling spiritually overwhelmed or sensitive?

You’re not alone. Many people today are feeling energetically overloaded, emotionally sensitive, or unsure how to process their spiritual experiences.
 My approach is gentle, grounding, and focused on nervous system regulation and spiritual integration — helping you move at your own pace while staying connected to your body and truth.

Not at all. The work is paced, grounded, and guided with care. Each session is trauma-informed and includes practices to support integration, nervous system regulation, and emotional safety. You're never pushed beyond your readiness.

Is this religious or affiliated with a belief system?

Accepted Answer

No. This work is rooted in spirituality, not religion. It's informed by indigenous wisdom, animism, and energy healing — but always honours your personal beliefs and sovereignty. You don’t need to believe in anything to benefit.

What’s the difference between coaching, healing, and therapy?

Each modality supports transformation — but they meet you at different points in your journey.
 • Coaching focuses on the future self, indirectly impacting the present and past. It’s forward-moving, action-oriented, and designed to help you create tangible shifts in your life, mindset, and goals.
 • Healing focuses on the present self, indirectly impacting the past and future. It supports deep clearing, energetic alignment, and embodiment of your truth — right here, right now.
 • Therapy focuses on the past self, indirectly impacting the present and future. It often explores the roots of patterns, trauma, or behaviour, helping you understand and integrate your experiences.
Depending on where you're at, you may benefit from one, or a blend of these. I offer coaching and healing but not therapy

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Accepted Answer

Life happens. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated rescheduling or late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of session credit (case-by-case basis).

Can I do this work if I’m in therapy or on medication?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many clients combine this with therapy or medical care. This work is complementary, not a replacement, and you’re always encouraged to check in with your healthcare provider if needed.

Can I pay with alternative exchange or donate towards someone else’s journey?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If money is a barrier, I accept equally valuable products or services as exchange. And if you’re in a position to pay more to support someone else’s access, there’s an option to contribute.

Where do in-person sessions take place?

Accepted Answer

Most in-person healing sessions are held at my private home clinic in Leumeah, NSW. Or I also offer sessions from a hired room in Campbelltown. The exact location and details will be confirmed upon booking.
