My Approach to Coaching
Coaching with me is a fusion of structure, spirit, and strategy.
I am an Internationally Certified Results Coach through Authentic Education, trained in dynamic coaching — where I guide the session and use proven frameworks to help you shift blocks and create results. I’m also currently training in traditional coaching at the internationally certified level with the ICF— where you lead the conversation, and I support through reflective listening, powerful questions, and insight that helps you uncover your own answers.

These two coaching styles offer a full spectrum of support. One is outcome-driven. The other, deeply exploratory.
